We believe that commitment does not just happen in the gym, it happens every second of every day. The fuel that you supply your body with will have a direct correlation to your success or failure. We don’t prescribe fad diets or weight loss plans. We promote a balanced diet which will help your body run at maximum efficiency. Nutrition is 90% of the battle. The WODs are tough but you always get through them and they only amount to a fraction of your day and week. You can quickly undo everything you’ve worked hard to achieve.

What is a balanced diet? A balanced diet is adequate proportions of carbohydrates, protein and fat at each and every meal. Some may have heard of 40-30-30 (40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fat) and others may be more familiar with The Zone. Download the free PDF to familiarize yourself with the ZONE.
